This policy explains how subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled for BingeRead.
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the billing portal linked on the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will keep access to the paid plan through the period you already paid for, and the subscription will not renew after that period ends.
Subscription credits are tied to their billing period and do not roll over after the period expires. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund credits that have already been used.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds may be granted for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, accidental purchases, or first-time subscription purchases where BingeRead did not work as reasonably expected.
Please submit refund requests within 7 days of the charge. Refunds are generally less likely after substantial paid usage has already been consumed, after repeated refund requests, or where abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or policy violations are involved.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or refund rights you may have under applicable law.
Plan changes and subscription management should be handled through the billing portal on the Account page. If a plan change creates a billing issue, contact support with the purchase email and a short description of what happened.
We aim to respond to billing, cancellation, and refund requests within 3 business days.
