This page explains how subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled for BingeRead.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal linked on the account page. Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period. You will keep access through the period you already paid for, and the subscription will not renew after that period ends.
We aim to be reasonable with refund requests. Refunds may be granted for duplicate charges, technical billing failures, accidental purchases, or first-time subscription purchases where the product did not work as expected. Requests should be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
Refunds are generally less likely after substantial paid usage has already been consumed, after repeated refund requests, or where abuse, fraud, or policy violations are involved. Nothing on this page limits any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
We aim to respond to billing and refund requests within 3 business days.
