These terms govern your use of the BingeRead Chrome extension and companion web app.

BingeRead is provided by the operator of the BingeRead service and the bingeread.app website. Legal, billing, privacy, and support notices can be sent to support@bingeread.app.
The service helps users access video transcripts, improve transcript readability, generate summaries, and export transcript content in common formats.
Where Guest trials are offered, a Guest receives one lifetime Manuscript trial and one lifetime Summary trial. The trials are independent, do not refresh, and may be used on different videos. BingeRead may use a pseudonymous anonymous account and anti-abuse controls to enforce these limits.
Successfully delivering either a newly generated result or an eligible server-cached result uses the matching trial. Loading a result already saved in local browser storage does not use a trial. A failed, timed-out, empty, or canceled operation does not use a trial unless a usable result was already committed and delivered. Guest trials use the product's default model; model selection and Chat require an eligible verified account.
An eligible generated manuscript may be stored by BingeRead and reused for other users only while they are viewing the same source video. BingeRead does not provide a public, searchable, or browsable cache library and does not display who generated a shared manuscript. Summary output is not included in this shared manuscript cache.
You may turn off future manuscript contribution and continue using existing shared-cache results. Turning it off does not create a right to delete a server cache asset solely because you generated it. Shared manuscripts are separated from the contributor's account identity and may remain in anonymized form after an account is deleted. Copyright owners, video platforms, and their authorized representatives may request removal through support@bingeread.app. BingeRead may also remove, replace, or stop reusing a cached manuscript for quality, legal, platform, security, or operational reasons.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds may be granted for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, accidental purchases, or first-time subscription purchases where BingeRead did not work as reasonably expected.
Please submit refund requests within 7 days of the charge. Refunds are generally less likely after substantial paid usage has already been consumed, after repeated refund requests, or where abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violation of these terms is involved. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights or refund rights you may have under applicable law.
BingeRead works with transcript or caption data available from supported video pages, including YouTube and Bilibili. BingeRead is independent and is not affiliated with YouTube, Google, or Bilibili. Your use of video platforms and third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.
AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it for publishing, business, legal, or safety-critical use.
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, models, pricing, free credits, or integrations as the product evolves or as third-party platform access changes. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, fraud, or violation of these terms.
A verified account holder may request deletion after recent reauthentication. Active sessions are revoked when the request is accepted, and the account has a seven-day recovery period. After that period, personal account and identity data is deleted or anonymized, subject to the shared manuscript rule above and retention of payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, chargeback, dispute, and other records required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the BingeRead operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by a court or authority with jurisdiction over the operator, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
